Events on a calendar, venues on a map
Competitions, gradings, camps: a calendar of everything the club does outside the usual sessions, each with its place pinned on a map.

The app in use, recorded.
The Events page is a calendar: a marked day holds a competition, a grading, a seminar or a camp. An event is either a competition or something else, and only a competition asks about federations, disciplines and categories — a summer camp is just a date and a place.
Where it is
Every event has a venue. Search for it by name, or tap the map to drop the pin where the hall really is; the event’s card shows the venue, and a parent asking how to get there gets a map rather than an address read out over the phone.
On the home screen
The next event sits at the top of the dashboard, with its date and venue, one tap from its details. For a competition, the card also counts who is entered — what each of them fights in is on the Entries page.
The result ends up in the reports
On the day of a competition you record on the Results page who finished where. That comes back on the Results tab of the reports, for a member or for a group, and a ranked competition’s placements turn into ranking points on their own.
