The attendance sheet that keeps itself

Members type their name at the door, and that is the whole ritual. DoJoe records the visits, works out the attendance, and hands you a PDF when someone asks for one.

No subscription starts without a card — and the card is handled on your bank's page, not ours.

What a club actually uses

Not project management, not a CRM. One session, one list, one statistic.

The member signs in, not you

Put a phone or a tablet by the door and open the Visitors page. A member types their name into the search box, taps it, and they have arrived. On the way out the same tap closes the visit.

No login, no password, no paper: the page in kiosk mode shows a member their own group and offers nothing to do but arrive and leave.

Every visit, filtered by date

Arrival and departure are kept to the minute. Pick a group and a period and you have who was in when — for a day, a week or a whole season.

Whatever is still open shows live: members currently in the room are marked apart in the list.

Attendance, as numbers and as a chart

Pick a member and you see their attended days against the total training days, as a percentage. The chart shows the week they started thinning out — well before they stop coming altogether.

The same summary goes out as a PDF when a coach, a parent or a grant application asks for one.

Members and groups, shaped like your sessions

A group here is what a group is at your club: Tuesday beginners, the competition squad, the adult morning class. One member can attend several, and their attendance lands in the right place in each.

The roster belongs to the club, not to one coach’s phone: when somebody takes over a group, nobody has to be written down again.

Several halls, one account

Two venues means two clubs in the same account — separate rosters, separate groups, one login.

Admins are assigned per club, so the coach at one hall does not see the other hall’s list of names.
