What we undertake, what we expect, and what happens if either falls short.
This text is not final. A real privacy notice and real terms need the operator’s company details and a lawyer to read them over. Until then this outline describes what actually happens — but it is not a contract.
The provider

What this covers
DoJoe is a subscription club-management service used through a browser. A subscription grants access up to the limits of the plan chosen.
Subscription and payment
A subscription is monthly or yearly and renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Our payment provider collects the fee and handles the card details. We give notice of a price change before the period it applies to.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time. The service runs to the end of the period already paid for, and the subscription then does not renew. There is no pro-rata refund.
What we expect from you
Accurate account details, and a lawful basis for the member data you upload: towards your members you are the controller and we are the processor.
Availability
A good-faith effort at continuous operation, with planned maintenance. Any specific availability commitment and the limitation of liability need legal review before they are stated here.
Governing law
Hungarian law, Hungarian courts. Consumer dispute resolution information goes here.
